Wii Fit Day 15

Its been 5 days since I worked out-not good. My weight went down '0.2lbs'. And according to the Wii if I keep at this rate its going to be hard to meet my weight loss goal. Guess that means I gotta work out more regularly for sure.

Something New

Over the weekend I bought Jillian Michaels Fitness 2009 for Wii. After I got it home I was trying to find out something about it so I was Googling it. Of course once I did I found all sort of bad reviews about it! I decided to go ahead and try it out anyway.

Guess what-the reviews are right! Its impossible to make the avatar follow what your doing and its super super boring! I much prefer the Wii Fit.

Im going to try to take it back to Toys R Us, I figure I can claim its defective since it doesnt work right. From there I might try out another exercise game or not. I haven't really decided yet.

I need to get back to working out-and paying attention to what Im eating. Hotwings and Pepsi are NOT good!

Im trying to work out every other day...and still working on moderation in the eating habits. Even though I was back up a pound today Im not worried about it since that fluctuates as much as 2lbs a day anyway (according to Wii)

Wii Fit Day 8

Time: 30min (mostly yoga/strength-my abs are sore...yay)
Wii Fit Age: 22 (!)
Weight: 146

Today I ate pretty healthy...even had a "green" smoothie my mom made with fruits and veggies... pretty yummy surprisingly. The nice part was a small glass was filling for a long time. My mom of course is trying to get me to do them too...its great for getting in your servings of fruits/veggies but I dont know if I want to do it or not, cause I hate it when I get that kinda stuff started but then quit. So I dont want to do it at all if Im not going to be committed.

Wii Fit Day 5

Time: 45min (mostly yoga, including 10 minutes of boxing)
Wii Fit Age: 26 (much better than the 44!)
Weight: 147lbs

I havent been stressing about my diet too much, just trying to eat in moderation rather than restricting my diet.

My plan is to do my weight and Wii Fit once a week, Im more of 'Monday' person so I think I will be doing it then, even though the first time I did it was Thursday. My OCD just wont let me do it any other way!

Day 2

Today instead of doing Wii Fit I will be spending the day at Disneyland for exercise. Im actually really good about not eating a bunch of junk food there so that shouldnt be too bad for me. Of course I wont be doing any power walking cause we are supposed to be there to have 'fun' but it will be better than sitting on the couch all day.

Wii Fit Day 1

Today I reset my goals for losing 22lbs in the next 3 months. That is 3.4lbs every 2wks, that cant be that bad right? I just really gotta cut out the chocolate.

A Little Bit of Motivation..

Here is a picture to motivate me. Even worse is the fact that in the picture I'm eating ice cream.

My face is SO round in the picture-and you can see my fat arms...and that doesnt even count the rest of my body thats not in the photo!

The only good thing I can say about it is I only ate a little more than the top off that ice cream :)
