Today I turned on my Wii and got a weight that just made me wanna throw it (its the Wii's fault that I gained right?) so I just turned it off. To make up for it, I did thirty minutes of DDR instead.
The DDR made me sweat WAY more than the Wii did so its not a bad thing I switched for the day-now I just need to do both in the same day.
