Starting Weight: 147lbs
Ending Weight: 141.3lbs

I worked out 20-21days this month! I wish I had lost more weight of course but its a start right? I want to lose 16 more pounds, so I need to step it up I dont want to take 3 more months to lose it. The weight really starts coming off though when I focus on my diet so Im going to keep at that.

No chocolate until I lose 6 more pounds is my goal. Once I reach that goal I will re-evaluate and see if its possible to continue on this path until I reach my ultimate goal of 125lbs.
