I woke up so tight this morning that Im not surprised my "age" wasnt as good as its been lately. I completely focused on cardio aka aerobics today, 20min of advanced step and 11min of hula hooping. I will also be chasing Kayla (what a joke!) today so that will help keep me moving at least some what all day.
