Last night I tried to show Hilda how I 'cant' hula hoop and I COULD! I have no idea what the deal was before but for some reason I can now do it! LOL. This morning when I worked out I used the hula hoop and only got about 1500 spins-not even near the 3000 I usually get but I would think that those spins would be better than the others since they are full rather than just enough to trick the board (not that I try to, but Im sure its not the same), so Im not upset about that.

Today I did more cardio than normal-hula hooping, boxing, and step. Now on to the food aspect.
